2020 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross: Design
The new-generation Isuzu D-Max benefits from the deep structural and technological upgrades, but it’s also more modern and attractive visually.
The newest 2020 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross and other versions are based on the updated ladder-chassis and the Japanese carmaker claims 20 percent improved structural rigidity. This is due to the greater use of the high-tensile steel and Isuzu said that use of higher than 390MPa high-strength steel increased from 30 to 46 percent. Combined with the redeveloped suspension, the structural improvements will have a positive impact on the model’s driving dynamics and capability. This chassis will also be the base of the next-generation Mazda BT-50.
From the visual point of view, the new Isuzu D-Max implements the “Infinite Potential” theme making it more rugged and attractive. The new design is defined by more prominent body lines and styling elements.
